Terms of Sale & Licence

A note on this document. These terms are written plainly on purpose, and are undergoing final review by an Australian lawyer before sales open. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Australian standards only

AidReady documents are written specifically to the ASQA Standards for RTOs 2025 and the Australian legal framework, for Australian first aid training organisations and RTO applicants. They are not adapted to any other country's framework and will not, on their own, meet another jurisdiction's requirements. International customers may purchase, but do so on this understanding and are solely responsible for local suitability.

2. Templates, not a finished compliance system

These are professionally built templates, developed and tested in a live ASQA registration — but they are a starting framework, not legal advice and not a guarantee. Under the Standards, your documented policies must reflect what your RTO actually does. You are responsible for contextualising the documents to your own operation, completing the fields left for you (they're highlighted throughout), implementing them in practice, and for your own registration and audit outcomes. AidReady does not guarantee registration, re-registration or audit results — nobody selling templates honestly can.

3. Licence

On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use your purchased documents for the internal compliance purposes of your own single RTO. You may edit, brand and reproduce them within your organisation as much as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish them, or use them to build competing products or template libraries. Each delivered copy carries a discreet per-buyer licence reference.

4. The editor licence

The customisation editor is a one-time A$500 licence per customer. It covers every AidReady pack you own — including packs you buy later — and lets you update your details and re-download your populated documents at no further cost.

5. Updates

Every purchase includes 12 months of document updates from the date of purchase. After that, an optional "Stay Current" renewal will be offered as updates become available. It is never required: your documents keep working whether or not you renew, and you keep everything already delivered.

6. Delivery and refunds

Products are digital and delivered by download immediately after purchase (or after you complete the setup form, for customised packs). Because you receive the full editable intellectual property at delivery, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds — please use the free samples, the live preview and the itemised contents list before buying. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to be delivered, contact us and we'll make it right.

7. Prices and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars. GST treatment is shown at checkout and on your receipt.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy — including the purge-after-generation architecture for the customised service.
